AMB, LLC - Sampson County

Jim Blanchard Associates provided a full boundary survey of a 3,885 acre woods tract in Sampson County.

Timbervest, LLC - Brunswick County

Jim Blanchard Associates provided a boundary and topographic survey of a 849 acre tract in Brunswick County.

Horse Branch Properties - Warsaw, NC

Jim Blanchard Associates provided a full boundary survey and subdivision plan and layout for a residential neighborhood located in Warsaw.

Trinity Landing - Wilmington, NC

Jim Blanchard Associates provided construction layout services for Trinity Landing, a coastal senior living facilities with amenities including restaurants, wellness center, spa, waterfront pavilion, and boat dock. Construction layout for this project included building layout, roadways, parking lots, underground utilities, and stormwater ponds. An as-built survey was produced on the pond, storm drains, and sanitary sewer.

Gateway Marketplace - Jacksonville, NC

Jim Blanchard Associates provided construction stakeout and utility as-builts for Gateway Marketplace, a shopping center complex that includes Publix, Michaels, Home Goods, and Ulta. Jim Blanchard Associates provided all utility layouts, buildings, parking lots, roadways, and stormwater pond. An as-built survey was produced on the water and sewer lines.

Clear View Elementary School - Jacksonville, NC

Jim Blanchard Associates provided construction stakeout including roads, utilities, building, and pond for Clearview Elementary School near Catherine Lake.

Town of Kenansville Asset Inventory and Assessment - Kenansville, NC

Jim Blanchard Associates provided asset inventory and assessment conditions of the town’s water and sewer systems. For water systems, this included GPS location and visual inspections of valves, hydrants, and other subsidiary components of the system. For sewer systems, this included GPS location and visual inspection of manholes, pump stations, and all subsidiary components. All findings culminated into a GIS database.

Timbervest, LLC - Brunswick County

Jim Blanchard Associates provided elevation contours and aerial photogrammetry of an 849 acre tract using LiDAR equipped Whisper drone.

Butterball, LLC - Mount Olive, NC

Jim Blanchard Associates provided Subsurface Utility Investigation services for the installation of new irrigation pivots. All underground power and water lines were located and we generated a survey-grade map.
